We are coming to IOA and US in a few weeks. I am bringing along my nephew and he asked about TNA wrestling.

Is this something that costs extra, and is there anyone that has any info?

There's no additional cost but you would have to get to the Studios pretty early to get in line. Here is the link to the website information:

I totally forgot that TNA tapes there ... I see they tape on the first couple of days of our trip .. It says to arrive an hour early for the 5:30 taping .. Is that accurate to be able to get in a get a half decent seat???

We saw TNA tape twice last month.

Follow the instructions on the link above. Whenever you arrive at the Studios, head over to the right and visit the Studio Audience Center. This is where Lost and Found is. Tell the TM there that you want to see TNA that night and he will give you tickets for the number in your party. If this is handled the same as when we went you will be roughly lined up according to the numbers on your ticket. You will line up in front of the Rip Ride Rockit area. There are two lines, the VIP and Standby. Yours is the Standby. If you have any questions there are tons of TM's in the area a few hours before the show.

The facility is quite large and there are really no bad seats. I suggest working your way to the back part of the right side as you go in and sitting on the aisle on the left (as you face the top). That way if someone in front of you stands up, you can still see pretty well.

We saw a lot of family groups and kids of all ages. Some of the language can get a bit rough, mostly because of Rick Flair but it's really not too bad if that's her concern. She might even have fun.

Got to a taping during our trip .. It was AWESOME and the kids loved it.

We just happened to be by the sound stage and they had a guy with a megaphone yelling about the taping and giving out tickets.. The park closed at 6pm so we got in line around 5:30 and then the line started moving shortly before six.

The show lasted about 90 mins and had lots of neat give aways... My daughter got to hold a Double J sign that they were passing out to the crowd (lol)

Now to PVR it and see if we made the telecast

Great question. I forgot about this as well. DH is a huge wrestling fan. I hope they're taping it while we're there in April/May.
