TMZ reporting a child injured when Pluto hugged him

I agree. Who stops to tape their kid when he's supposedly in pain? Most likely someone who wants to use it as evidence. It does look like the kid was bent backward when Pluto hugged him. I also don't think characters should be picking up kids at all. Too many things can go wrong, especially if the kid isn't expecting it. They could easily twist an ankle on the way down. It also opens it up for people to say the character touched their child inappropriately. The character should either get down to their level for the hug, or just place their hands on the child's back. It's not as cozy, but they need to protect themselves against accusations. Sad when Pluto has to be ultra-careful about interacting with an excited child, but that's the world we live in.

Then if nothing comes of it can Pluto sue for being disciplined?
