Watching this show is like watching a “train wreck”…I can’t not watch. Does anyone else think these gals need to dump the ”momma’s boys” and find grown men who can think for themselves? The momma’s are definitely control freaks. Lord, tonight, one momma was clipping her son’s fingernails and he was loving the attention! So disgusting behavior for both the momma and the sons😳

I haven’t seen this show but I did dump a Momma’s Boy decades ago. He took me to meet his parents and his mother gave me the evil eye the entire time. I was corrupting her little boy.

The clincher was when she cut up his meat on his plate for him, like he was still 8 years old. He acted like it was the most normal thing in the world.

I knew then that I’d never be the Number One woman in his life.

Yes, the women on that show need to send the Little Boys packing and find a man.

I haven't watch this one. I saw a clip of it while I was watching 90 day Fiance. There was a very creepy Mama at the end of the clip that looks like the Grinch.

That's pretty bad when an able-bodied adult has to have someone clip their fingernails or slice up their food. Which reminds me:

Last year I ran across a remark on another site, about a woman dealing with stress. Someone immediately asked her about her boyfriend being relative to this. Turns out, she was the sole breadwinner, and she's the one doing everything for both of them, even clipping his toenails. I could understand if a partner was disabled, but this kind of pattern doesn't seem self-respecting to either person.

We watched this since nothing better was on after 90 Day Fiance. Omg these men make me so angry. I question how any of these women can stand a relationship with the boy and his mom. The mom always wins!

Although I laughed so hard at one girlfriend saying "$40,000 is not that much to prove your commitment to me" like I wish I could just have that much to throw away on one item!

Yeah, I am not sure how real this show is.

But, yes I do know some people that fall into a similar situation (but nothing like the people on this show).

If taken at face value, I am amazed that any of these woman would stay with these guys. You will subject to these issues for the rest of their mother’s lives.

My wife’s aunt tells the story of seeing he mother-in-law on her deathbed (tragic accident). She leaned into her, and the mother said something to her. After she died, the relatives asked what she said, and she told everyone is was something along the lines of “Thank you for always being there for my son, I always loved you for that”. But that is NOT what was said. Let’s just say she was bitter till the end.

Is anything on TLC not a train wreck?

Hey baby, how bout we take mom on our honeymoon lololololol.

Don’t laugh. Decades ago Dear Abby had a letter like that from a concerned bride-to-be. Guy wanted to bring his Mommy on the honeymoon because she’d never been to wherever they were going and it’s likely she’d never have another chance.

But don’t worry, sweetheart, Mom won’t actually be in our room (much). She’ll have the adjoining room with a connecting door.

I'm not a woman so I don't actually know. But I think I'd say something to the effect of this.

That's great. You and mommy can be in one room, and me and your best man will be in the other!!!!! Mic drop his engagement ring. Oh dang. It really was glass.
