TL Rehab

We are going 11/25- 12/3, does anyone know when Typhoon Lagoon
is typically closed for rehab?

In January or February - TL is closed during one month and BB closed during the other (but I can't remember which was during Jan and which during Feb).
They both have been open every time we were there in December.

Well we were there in Nov. this past year and blizzard beach was closed for Nov and Dec. Then they would open BB back up and closed TL down for Jan. and Feb.

I don't know if that is the exact same every year but I do think one is closed Nov/Dec and the other Jan/Feb.

We go the week before or after Thanksgiving a lot. Sometimes TL is closed sometimes BB is closed. The last 2 years BB was closed, 2001 TL was closed.

Last year TL closed on 12/26 and was closed for about 2 months. We have not been lucky enough to hit TL for several winter seasons. We like TL over BB.

DH and DD went to TL last November- BB closed on Nov 1st, and was closed until Christmas. Then TL closed down for all of Jan, and part of Feb. This is pretty standard- they do yearly maintenance on them during the winter months.

I haven't seen the rehab schedule for the water parks this year. The last two years they switched times because they were building the new water slide at TL.
