TKers: Six threads under and still killin' time....

Let me add to your confusion because I am here too.

I've been trying to think ahead in case Disney decides to give a discount for regular free dining for our vacation times. Add in trying to co-ordinate with D&DDisney and my head is spinning.

But I think I have it narrowed down.

Monday- MK-dinner at 1900 Park Fare-DD14 really wants to see the Step-Sisters and Step-Mother.

Tuesday-DHS-Sci-Fi for lunch because nothing seems to be appetizing and D&DDisney suggested that lunch would be a good idea so we can get seats to Fantasmic early.

Wednesday- we are having dinner with D&D and her family at Cape May. Can't wait.

Thursday-Marrakesh-DH wants to see the belly dancers.

Friday-breakfast with D&D at Kona.

Besides Kona and Cape May everything is up in the air for us. We only have free quick service dining but our TA says that regular free dining will be offered. Need to jump on things just in case.

And I swear I will be a good diser and cancel all dining plans except Cape May and Kona if we don't get free dining.

Could be Planet Hollywood. My quick search popped that restaurant up. We ate at one of those in AC and the food was good even if the place was loud. But what in Disney isn't loud.

No, we ate there our first trip. Maybe House of Blues? Would they have that? I tried to look it up but it was slow loading and I had to answer my cousin's note.

I know we are going to Sea World. She got us Fun Passes. The web site says for FL residents but she went to AAA and they let us buy them too. My friend said they were getting them for when friends from up north came and she asked if they wanted to go ahead and get ours then too. So of course she got them. All they needed was our birthdates...they amy have had to give addresses but she called for mom's year of birth while they were at the AAA.

House of Blues has it also. And looking at their menu, everything sounds so good. Hmmm, wonder if they are on the dining plan.

We are going to the Boston Fish House---that's tradition. Maybe Smokey Bones. And there's a Mexican place near their house they like. She usually fixes a great turkey dinner so we can have leftovers!

Good morning ladies!

Last night was quite adventurous for me...In my efforts to eat healthier, I've been avoiding rice, which is very, very difficult for an Asian girl. I mean, we have a rice genes! So, after not eating rice for a week, I finally gave into cravings and compromised by making brown rice. What is that stuff? Its almost worse than the rice cravings...

So, I was in a bad mood. Fake rice just upset me. Finally, BF suggested I eat something else, please (he was tired of my grumbling). At his urging, we tried a hot pocket. Granted, it wasn't great food, but it wasn't horrible. And it got that nasty brown rice taste from my palate.

Oh, but brown rice and Hot Pocket do not friends make. I began feeling queasy and crazy tired. Then I started coughing. It felt like I had something in my throat. I kept trying to drink water to try to clear my throat, but it wasn't working. Goodness, I was going to die by Hot Pocket.

I somehow had some alien goop in my throat and with some lovely lady-like hacking, eventually it came out. At this point, I was near exhaustion and even more cranky at BF. Doesn't he remember that I'm allergic to Chef Boyardee? Are Chef Boyardee and Hot Pocket cousins?

Anyway, I'm still alive today (no thanks to BF) and will avoid all Pocket items and just give in and have a little white rice if that makes me happy.

Ooh, I missed the ressie talk. I haven't eaten at Cape May, though I'd like to. Yummy.

M&N You scared me there for awhile.
MagiKitty You do know that brown rice is more natural? Your review of brown rice has made me decide not to even bother trying any. Glad you survived the hot pocket. For some reason I just don't like hot pockets. That is weird for me, I usually like processed foods.

The only thing on the to do list right now is leaking faucets. DH doesn't like plumbing, so this may take awhile.

I can see the ER report now: MagiKitty, the founder of TKers, has Hot Pockets. The HP fills up with brown rice and chokes Kitty. Fortunately, no thanks to BF, she is able to cough up the fur ball, I mean HP, and uses up one of her 9 lives. When asked what she has learned, Kitty replied, 'Don't go against your genes!'

I did think of you today Kitty. I followed a car with a Hello Kitty U-shaped neck pillow in the back window. Do you have one of those?

DL55---tell dh he doesn't get any fun things to do until the water stops dripping...maybe you can just say drip whenever you look at him!

I went back to the DNA and had white rice today. I had sushi. I know they claim you can request brown rice for it, but why ruin a good piece of sushi like that?

Ah, the cruelty of life. Via snail mail, I received not one, but TWO pins for free quick service dining...neither one of them in my name! One was in BF's name (I guess I didn't know we were living together) and one was my college roommate...we went to Disney together once like 8 years ago. Where's my pin? Why are they so mean to me? And its good from now until July! I could have gone one more time on my AP...had the pin been in my name. I'll just have to force BF to take me on a little weekend trip!

DL...just be careful that the plumbing doesn't dislike DH back!

So today I subbed for Kinder. Those kids crack me up! I had one little kid who wasn't listening to me about standing in line and to stop talking. I finally had to say his name and his response was that the girl beside him was showing him her ****s. I told the little girl that she needed to keep her shirt down. I think she was just being a kid and messing around with her shirt not intentionally showing them.

So I started getting a head cold yesterday and now it's full blown. I took some Tylenol Cold Night time and I am totally feeling it right now. I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be able to sit upright but I'm trying.

Add me to the list that don't like Hot Pockets. I think they are so nasty. But my kids love them so there are always a few boxes in the freezer.

Pikester, sorry you are sick now too. Sounds like those kids kept you on your toes today.

DL55, at least your DH is trying to keep busy. He could be like mine and sit on the couch complaining he's bored while there are a million and one things that need to be fixed.

We too got a postcard for Free QS Dining - in my mom's name. That's 3 free dining PINS in less than 1 year. Wish I could pass that along to someone else who can use it.
