OK, just went back and saw the previous post. We saw Despicable Me last weekend for my oldest DD's b-day. I thought it was cute, the kids loved it. I know which part brought a tear to your eye. So sweet.

Hi, Pikester! I've been gone all day. Shopping. How are you?

Sorry about that, I was off exploring the Community Board and the DCL Board.

I'm doing quite well thank you! Kids and DH are in bed but before they went we watch Naked Gun. Totally forgot about some of the suggestive parts in that movie.:scared1:

It's funny how you don't remember the not for children parts until the children are watching. I've done it, too. Thankfully, no one has been scarred for life. At least, not that I know of.

Sorry to post and then run. I'm ready to watch a little TV before I turn in. Have a good night!

So close to 250 pages, and you've all abandoned me... :sad1:

Thankfully, I'm excellent at talking to myself. I was just clearing out the little girls room to repaint it since my son is moving in there. The baby however would like some cake, so all moving has been halted to make a cake. Yummy!

Good evening ladies...I"ve planted my behind on the couch and plan to leave it there for the rest of the evening.

We left yesterday morning for Rochester. My father took the small car with the dog. Mom and I took the kittymobile. While father and dog took the direct route, Mom and I shopped out way up New York state, which made the three hour drive so much more pleasant. Eventually we made it up there and met up with my sister and her boyfriend.

Do any of you have Wegmans grocery? Its based in Rochester and they have the most amazing store there. Its two stories! Thier food bars are amazing. THey have a tea bar, a wine bar, an Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and vegetarian bars too! It was lots of fun to play there.

My sister's new place is quite nice, but bare. Her area is really nice and spacious, which is a huge step from her teeny apartment in Manhattan. George (the bf) is growing on my parents, albeit slowly.

The ride home was equally shopping-intense, only we left Dad and dog in the parking lot.

I'm pooped! Lots of driving in 24 hours!

Ack! I've also received a jury summons for a federal case. Its in White Plains, which is 2 1/2 hours from here, on a good traffic day! Thankfully, I"ve served locally within the last 4 years, so I'll be excused once I get a copy of jury served. I have to get that this week. But part of me wonders what the case will be....

Hello and hugs to all my lovely ladies!

And, have I mentioned that the baby is probably a girl? We don't know for sure, the ultrasound tech thought so. She just didn't want to commit to it because the baby's legs were close together and the cord was on her tummy. I think it's a girl. princess: I'm already calling her Victoria. Won't we be suprised in a couple months if it comes out a boy.

I'm here Kerrie! Congrats on the baby girl! How wonderful!

I brought home a slice of cheesecake. I"m just waiting for my coffee. I don't have a baby excuse. I just want it!

Here I thought I was talking to myself, and MagiKitty was posting! Hi, Miss Kitty!

ah, full indulgence tonight. Wipeout is going to come on soon. Nothing like some fools running around in mud to make me laugh.

Are you moving furniture again?

Never seen Wipeout. I have seen my children run around in mud quite a bit and it is pretty funny.

Yes, moving furniture. Time to change rooms, but at least this time there is no construction. :thumbsup2

After all your driving around, you certainly deserve a night off. Enjoy your show and cheesecake. (I'm a little jealous of the cheesecake, I'm just making a spice cake from a box.)

ooh, cake is cake. Its fantastic in all its incarnations. So Victoria likes spice cake, huh? Is there frosting involved too?

Wipeout is my dirty secret. I don't ordinarily like slapstick humor, but for some reason Wipeout just makes me laugh so hard.
