Just checked the Dis Nascar standings and I am the new leader again. - WOO HOO Granted they are weeks behind, but I'll take it cuz I'm stinkin on the Yahoo one.

I'm more like Jr...in the top 10 once but usually 22-25th! I didn't Yahoo yet but I had dropped there too.

Good morning ladies! Today started bright and beautiful, a respite from the gloom we've had the last few days. Supposed to go back to yucky tomorrow, so I need to enjoy this. Some of the trees are starting to change already. It still amazes me to see Mother Nature turn all fancy in gold and reds...

Hugs to all my ladies, especially to Ev and LITC during this difficult time. Your fathers are smiling down on you right now and are so very proud of you.

Has anyone else noticed the eerie parallels amongst us? Just the last few weeks with the sharing of days. Lots of birthdays, anniversaries, special days in common...

I'm watching bits of DTWS. I thought Michael Bolton was painful to watch, but its only the second week and he didn't have a dancing background. Really, some of the judging should be about how much a dancer has improved. I've been surprised by Bristol, I thought she did well...but her outfit completely hid her body so we really couldn't see just how she's doing the steps. I don't even want to talk about Florence. She's annoying me, and I feel bad coz I'm supposed to respect my elders. I'm glad that Margaret did well. For her, its an emotional experience, about letting go and trying something completely out of her element, which is really brave.

The show Lonestar which I liked was cancelled. THe first casualty of the new season. I did watch Hawaii 5-0, which I like. I don't remember the first show. But this one is campy and fun.

Did you read about that other family with sextuplets on TLC have split up? So sad, but I've watched a few shows and you could tell that there was a strain on the marriage. I didn't watch the more recent episodes after they moved, but I imagine that put further stress on them. The little ones are 3 now and its so sad. The father apparently was arrested for domestic disturbance last week at the in-laws on a visit.

Was it the Sextuplets take New York's parents who split? They were Victor and Digna Carpio...I thought it was another couple? I just watched this show last night. I'll have to check. This couple is so sweet to the babies and each other...one little guy hadn't walked yet and last night he stood for the first alone.

It was the family from Arizona, who moved to Florida. Their last name is Masche? I think. He's dark haired, she's white-blonde. Jenny and Bryan. Their show is called Raising Sextuplets.

We are supposed to get a lot of rain tomorrow. It's cloudy today.
I'm going in the closet today...pulling out big pants. I didn't get to the winter ones before. I am down 2 sizes but nothing recently. I need to get back to it but...

I'm running laundry at the moment. Taking advantage of the sun. Trying to deny the fall weather.

There is no way I could handle six babies at once! I need an army of help of my own. While I think I'd be entertaining on a reality show, the idea of all my everything out there really is not appealing to me...

Is there anyone else out there who thinks this new Disney promo for putting strangers pictures on the castle is L A M E???? I mean, really, this is the best they could do??? After that stupid barely 3 month promo last year for Give a Day, I thought they'd try to redeem themselves with a really good discount or freebie promo. Very disappointed.

And I have to agree with D&D about Disney's new promotion. It's lame. I saw a preview video of it and the beginning part that they do with Tink looks cool but the part with the pictures looks really bad.

I told you that I thought the new promo was just job security for the technology cms---they are needed to get the pics up and running! I'm not going to hang around to watch it for sure. Maybe they should do it in EPCOT too---I think my pic would look great on Spaceship Earth!

BTW---I did solve one computer problem. I did not have Adobe player so that's why I could not download some stuff. I do not know how I lost it...but I got the newest version now. It took over 2 hrs to download it though!

I am ALWAYS the victim of the new shows I start watching getting the ax. Last season, Mercy, Trauma, and Three Rivers were three new shows I was enjoying and all 3 got the ax. Season before that was Southland. I can never win...
