I'm just hoping with some good planning on my part will make things easier for them. I don't think we'll be together at all times.....that's just insane and we'll drive each other crazy by the end of vacation. But I'd like to give my SIL all the options available to them. They've been pretty much "afraid" to take a vacation since my niece has gotten older.

We don't always stay with my sister either, but the pass is still good even if all of the "allowed" people are not riding. So just grab one for convenience and if you need it you will have it.

You know...the kids have off Feb 24-25 and I was looking at airfare just for fun the other day. Then I heard the Space Shuttle is going off for the last time on Feb 27th or 28th I think, so that made me want to go even MORE. (That is one of the things I have on my bucket list and this will be my last chance you know) Now that I know you'll be there, we'll just have to go.

I think you should go too!

I do have to add though that when asking DH about going to Universal in Feb/Mar he said "I don't know." Excuse me? That was suppose to be a Yes! Got a little cranky but trying not to bug him about it. Those are the dates we will be going IF we go. I'm pretty certain we'll be going just don't have it nailed down yet.

I want to know for sure NOW! (Stomps feet)

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Yeah JK Rowling was really involved with the process. She said she would have wanted to visit if she was a fan of the books too, which makes me feel great about it.

You're such a good aunt and the girls are such good cousins! Yeah, the disabilities board is really friendly. I even met a lady on there with a BF with CP, and she was super helpful in our process.

Its amazing to think in this day and age that some places really just make life harder for others. But it makes me glad when some places do it so well.

Rowling was in a great position...she made enough money on the books that she could have a lot of control over the movies and theme park. She even had a say in the actors/actresses...said they all had to be British.

Friends have a little girl they adopted from China who has hearing issues...when they were planning their trip I suggested the disability board...she was amazed how much help and info she got. Said it made the trip so much easier to know in advance.

Evening ladies. I've been out of commission for most of the day due to a terrible migraine. Its finally starting to subside and I've managed to conquer my nausea and eat a little bit. It hasn't been this bad in a while, but I'm glad that the worst of it is gone.

Gosh, you guys are making a trip in late February really irresistable! It will all have to depend on the weather up here for me, because I'm sure by mid-January I'll be going stir-crazy. I have to make sure I can make it to the airport, and then there's no guarantee that the flight will actually take off, so winter travel is always questionable for me. Unless I want to drive to a major airport two hours away, which I hate to do. But I still have a $25 JetBlue credit that's eating away at me....

Walter is kinda driving me crazy tonight.
I was "washing" my phone after he took it and put it in his mouth while also eating his first fudge stripe cookie, what a chocolate mess. Oh and did I mention he also dropped/threw it on the floor in front of the fireplace and popped the battery off?
So while I am cleaning I hear this fizzing sound. Yup he has my glass of pop. So I run over yelling no no no. Too late, most of it's already on the floor and before I can reach it the rest ends up on the recliner. He is currently been sentanced to his pack and play.

Uh-oh...sounds like Walter is getting into everything! Isn't it amazing how someone so little can move so fast and seem like he has eight hands all over the place? Maybe the time-out will calm him down a little bit. Sorry about the phone too. The last thing you need to have is a broken phone!

It's turned into another craptastic day here. Everything finally blew up between my brother and his wife. She went and read emails between me and him and found out that I knew things she didn't. So she's mad at me and I'm disappointed in her for doing that. I was mad at her for it (maybe I am a little bit still) but I do know she's been knocked on her butt with what is going on. I'm just going to leave her go for now.

And there is a big fire right by my house right now. It's at an auto body shop next to my neighbor's house. It's under control for the moment but the gas company trucks just pulled up too. It's going to be a long night.

MK, sorry you are feeling under the weather today. I hope you feel better tomorrow.

LITC, oh boy, sounds like Walter is a real handful now. They are so much fun at this age but they do wear you out.

Good morning...had to put on winter gown last night...I refuse to put on the heat but it's just damp. My fingers are cold now! It's 51 now but only going to 57. What happened to the 70's we are supposed to have? I'm getting ugly brown leaves in my yard.

Good morning ladies! I can't beleive how dark it is outside. The rain seems to be letting up, but its just so dark and its making me far more lazy than I should be. Feeling better too. Not 100% yet, but getting there.

JO--oh goodness. I hope that clarity will come to everyone involved and your SIL will realize just how good you've been with them by being between them. Thing is, you have loyalties to both and that's a very fine line to walk. She's just acting out, its a very difficult time. Hope the fire was controlled and not too much damage done. Scary stuff!

Keep planning, Pike. I believe that things materialize if you plan for them. And planning is so much fun!

I broke out the flannel a bit ago. I haven't been starting the heat either, just putting on the layers. Its supposed to warm up towards the end of the week, so I hope I can keep holding out. But we did get a solicitation call from the oil company last night, so maybe people aren't ordering oil yet and the company is hurting? We can usually put off getting heating oil until next month, but I need to have the boiler serviced first. Ugh.

I have a television dilemma tonight! 10pm: Parenthood, Caprica, and Teen Mom. I think I'm going with Caprica, its the season premiere. It was supposed to come back next spring, but they bumped it up. But I have been enjoying Parenthood. Its smart, funny, poignant, and so true to life sometimes. Teen mom is just a guilty pleasure.
