I know you can use the TIW card on the table service restaurants. Can you use it at the counter service restaurants as well?

I believe the only quick service you can use it at is at the value resort where that is the only dining options available... actually, I think you can use it at pizzafari in Animal Kingdom as well

Flame-tree BBQ, Restaurantosaurus, and Pizzafari at AK all take the TIW. There are not any other CS in the parks that accept the card. It is accepted at some of the food courts.

Here is their website:

www.tablesinwonderland.com

We love our TIW card!!

Actually there are a number of QS restaurants that accept the TIW card. But none at deluxe resorts. The food courts for values and some moderates accept it. At AK Park, Flame Tree BBQ, Restaurantasaurus and Pizzafari accept TIW. But none of the QS at the other parks accept TIW. :confused3

See the list on the TIW website: http://tablesinwonderland.com/

The basic rule of thumb is that TIW is good at all Disney-run full-service restaurants and most non-Disney-run FS restauarnts (Teppan Edo in Japan does not participate). It is also good at Disney-run quick service locations where there is no Disney-run full service location.

At AK the full-service restaurants are not Disney-run so you can use the TIW at all counter-service locations except Yak & Yeti CS (not Disney-run). At the Value resorts there is no full-service option so TIW is good in the food courts.

You can use TIW at the food court at Port Orleans French Quarter and according to the TIW website now also Port Orleans Riverside. I've also used it at Cooke's of Dublin (CS next to Raglan Road) at DTD which isn't on the list. Artist Palette Food Court at Saratoga Springs as well as the Turf Club.

Maybe this is a dumb question but, if you receive a 20% discount with the TIW card and they add on the 18% gratuity no matter the party size, are u really saving that much?

Maybe not if you weren't otherwise going to leave a tip. I always tip at least 20%, so it definitely is a savings for me.

You save the 20%. It basically covers the gratuity for us.

Yep! We would tip at least that much (barring hideous service, and we would have been talking to management well before the end of the meal in that case) anyway, and we don't book anything special simply because we have TIW, so YES, it's a big savings.

You also need to factor in the fact that counter services don't have the tip, so if you eat at the included counter services, it increases your savings. We've happily eaten at Sassagoula, All Star food court, and Pizzafari, as far as I can remember just right at this second, and loved the savings with the card.

As for Yak and Yeti, I know we eat there and get a discount of I think 10% with either DVC card or AP?
Also in the last few years they have added some restaurants...like Fultons,(paid for itself in one visit!
I wish they would offer CS discount if even only 10% with AP or TIW...if you don't want to get DDP like us toooo much food and toooo much planning.:)
