I'm unsure where to post this. If we buy a TIW card, are their restrictions with who orders kids meals? Our dd is 10 and very petite - adult portions are too much food for her so could she order off the kids menu?

It's not a TIW issue. Some venues will allow persons ten or older to order off the kids menu. Others won't. Some will charge the guest aged ten or older more to order the same item off the kids menu.

So the answer is, maybe.

We did TiW for the first time in March. I have a 10 year old daughter. I specifically asked for kids menus and she had no problems ordering. I will say that I do pay full price for her at buffets. But at places that have a menu, she typically orders from kids menu. No problems. :)

Was there this past January and no restaurant had a problem letting my son order off children's menu.

Couple of meals my wife had an appetizer for meal as she wasn't too hungry.

TIW is very flexible.

Anyone of any age can order from the children's menu. The only exception is at buffets, where prices are determined by age regardless of the person's appetite.

My son was about 13 at the time. He wanted to order the kids meal at Typhoon Lagoon (grilled cheese pretzel) and they told him "no".
