TIW questions

We are headed to WDW in one week and two days and are trying to decide between purchasing the DDP or the TIW card. The list on the official WDW site and this site (WDWINFO) are different. Does anyone know if the following restaurants are included with the TIW card? This is probably where we would go during the following year. (and yes, I know some of them are not included or are a bad choice for the DDP). It is looking like we will be spendingabout $230 plus tax on this June trip for TS dining only for 6 days which makes the DDP a good value. If the places listed below are on the TIW card, we may do the DDP in June and then purchase the card for our October offsite trip. Thanks in advance for your help.
