TIW question

I purchased an annual pass for my husband which he will activate when we arrive on October 30th. Can I order a TIW card in advance or do I have to wait until he gets the annual pass. About 3 years ago I was able to get the card by using the number on the certificate for the annual pass. Has this changed? Thanks for your help.

I believe you can get the TiW with the certificate, but we always just purchase on our arrival day. Then the expiration is usually 365+ and we can get more bang for our buck.

Where do you go to buy it? We will be buying it for the first time next week.

I think now you cannot get it without an active AP in hand. You can get it at Guest Relations - at the same time you get the AP.
