TIW for Pizzafari gratuity?

Just a quick question. While pricing things out Annual Pass vs. regular tickets and DDP vs. TIW I saw Pizzafari is a TIW restaurant. Do they even charge the 18% tip there? Pizzafari is a counter service meal isn't it with no reason to charge a tip? Won't swap my decision either way just thought it odd it was even on the TIW list.

No gratuity will be charged at a counter service that takes TIW (there are only nine of them - the four value resort food courts, the POFQ food court, the SSR counter service, and three CS at Animal Kingdom park - Pizzafari, Flame Tree and Restaurantosaurus. They are on the list because CS were included at anyplace that had no TS restaurant. Although AK and SSR now have TS restaurants, the CS were never removed from the TIW list and continue to accept it)
