Can I use Tables in Wonderland at the stands for Food & Wine Festival?

No you cannot. It's only good at the locations that are listed in the TiW information, not at the F&W booths.

And I wanted to add that you cannot use it for the special food and wine dining events, either. As someone else mentioned, the discount only applies to the restaurants and lounges listed when you purchase the card.
