TIW and Specialty Cake

I'm going in Sept and Dec with the DDP both times. However, I usually drink a beer or two and for one night at The Wave I am getting a specialty cake at The Wave that is $70 that they said would be added to my bill. So although we won't pay for our meal can I use the TIW card and get the 20% off the cake also? We'll likely go for a few days in March with no dining plan for dd's bday so I know it will be worth it but not sure if they will take off the price of the cake. If so, then def worth it for me as I'm taking dd to Victoria and Alberts on one of the trips. She's only 12 but loves getting dressed up and eating.

I wouldn't count on the discount for the cake, beers yes, cake, probably not!
