TIW and CRT

We don't have our TIW card yet - we will purchase once we activate our APs in October.

We booked CRT this morning and had to prepay for the meal. I see that CRT accepts the TIW card.

Does anyone know how they will apply the TIW discount? Once we arrive for the meal will they adjust for our TIW discount?

I don't know if they have changed how they handle this, but we had the same situation.

April 2008 (last year) we went to CRT for my birthday. I had the Disney Dining Experience card (what TIW used to be called) and paid in full upon making the reservation.

When we went to CRT they gave us a Disney Gift card for the discount value.

I know it was over a year ago and they may have changed it by now, but that is how it was handled when we went.
