TIW and Character Meals

Can the TIW card be used for discounts at character meals at the restaurants that accept the TIW card?

I'm sure chef mickey's and 1900 both take TIW, so I'm assuming all character meals are on the list.

Yes you can use it at most character meals. You can not use it for Fantamic dinner packages or Candlelight Processional packages. Also there are days that there are no discounts -- certain holidays, and mother's day. There's a list that has the days excluded. However, keep in mind, you should still ask.
