TIW and All Star Resorts

We are considering buy a TIW card. Can you use the card on anything in the food court area at the All Star Resorts?

We are staying in ASMovies in June and Poly in Oct. We are doing lots of table meals in Oct so, I'm sure TIW would be worth it then, just trying to decide in dining plan or TIW would be better for June.

Yep. I used it for everything at ASMusic - even our refillable mugs. I've been told that some people haven't been allowed to use it on mug purchases though. They wouldn't take it at the pool bar (but you could use it on bottled beer, etc., at the food court).

YES! Same as the other poster, we were able to use it on everything at the value food courts (including our refillable mugs). It was really helpful for food court breakfasts & midnight food court pizza (after returning from the parks). We also used it at Pizzafari & Flame Tree in AK.

TiW can not be used for a refillable mug, you can ONLY use it for "most" Table Service and some of the dinner shows in Disney such as Hoopdeedo and Spirit of Aloha.

Hi! I guess I'm wrong. I had no idea you can use it for a refillable mug. We get the "LIST" of restaurants through Disney that states where we can use it and the refillable mug was not mentioned. But if you can, that's great. Does that apply to the refillable mug at the Poly? Thanks again! Brunette

Only at the resorts where you can use your TIW for counter service (i.e. values and POFQ). And then I've been told that some cashiers will tell you no. I've only heard that via this board though. When I asked at ASMu last year, she said, "Of course!" - as if I was out of my mind for thinking otherwise.
