Title Company July 2023?

I received my ROFR and Estoppal yesterday in same email and got my Closing Documents today from Magic Vacation Title.

I just wrapped up my first contract with Mason and it went like this:

• went to ROFR (6/17)
• passed ROFR (7/7)
• closing docs received by us (7/13)
• closing docs received by Mason Title (7/17)
• contract closed and submitted to Disney - Welcome Home (7/19)

Very fast for us even though it required a physical notary and FedEx delayed us by a weekend. In and out in less than a month.
