Tired of the Pooh comments?

I thought this was a Universal thing last year but I keep hearing it even at Disney. We have a Winnie the Pooh back pack that we always use when touring the parks. On the back is a picture of Pooh. Several times a trip we always get the "Do you need a tissue? You've got some Pooh on your back pack" or some variation. Ok, when it was said as US I though ok, they are taking a jab at Disney. But we now get the same comments at Disney.

Anybody else get these comments? Is it just me getting tired of it after a long day in the parks?

I've never heard it but I'm not quite sure what it's supposed to mean either. I guess I don't know what you're saying--sorry. Could you elaborate?

The pun is on the word Pooh, as in Winnie the Pooh or bird droppings pooh.

Ugh, some people cannot mind their own business... I'm sure it sounds funny to them, but when you have to hear several times it gets old quick.... I wish I could give you a snappy comeback...

Oh, I get it...sorry, I was looking for some deeper meaning involving the old Pooh legal drama. I think my mind is already in weekend mode!

Don't I know it, I have a pooh on my calf and you would be surprised the amount of people that tell me I have pooh on my leg... and they seem annoyed when I don't laugh go figure...

My DD and I both wear little over the chest purses when in the parks with Pooh on the front. And we heard "You have Pooh on your purse" from a CM at AK. That was the only time that we heard a comment like that.

Our first trip to Disney was in May and at the end of the jungle cruise our guide made this joke, Why doesn't eyore have any friends because he plays with pooh all day. I thought it was funny but I would never make a comment (like the ones that have been mentioned) to someone wearing winnie the pooh.

Well, I thought it was funny when the talking garbage can in Tomorrowland came up to DS (wearing his Pooh T-shirt) and said "Ewww - you've got poo all over your shirt". I did the quick double take, thinking one of the seagulls had targetted him, and was pretty relieved to find it was just a joke. :D However, I can imagine it would get old pretty quickly.

I have had CM's at MK saythis to me when ihave carried a pooh backpack. There will always be one...

I think I have heard it maybe a grand total of five times and I am thinking 4 of them were from cast memebers. Tigger makes hacking sounds sometimes if you are wearing Pooh anywhere on your person. I haven't gotten tired of it yet but that might be because I don't hear it very often. Maybe you are just going at a busier time of year so more people say it. Who knows!

CindyAnn, the same exact thing happened to my friend at AK! I thought it was absolutely hillarious.

The first time I ever heard anyone say it was at DISCON II, also at AK, a group of DISers was walking through the park and a CM yelled out to one of the ladies "Did you know you have Pooh on your shirt". I thought it was funny then too. It's especially hillarious when people don't get it at first.

I guess if it were being directed at me and I'd heard it about 500 times I'd probably find it a tad annoying but for now I think it's hillarious. ::yes::

I've never heard this before either! I'm sorry but it's so stupid I have to laugh.:teeth: In fact, I'm going to use it on DS when he has his backpack on!

"Did you know you have Pooh on your back?"

"Do you know you have Goofy (or Dopey) on your face?"

I ALWAYS WEAR POOH IN THE PARKS.

NO ONE HAS EVERY SAID ANTHING TO ME:mad:

I GUESS IT WOULD BE FUNNY AT FIRST BUT AFTER THE MILLIONTH TIME?????:faint: :cat: :( :(

My DD gets that alot, she has a Winnie the Pooh hat and CMs always say "you got Pooh on your hat" We don't mind it, but at the end of a vacation is gets tiring.
