Tips on not going commando...

My best suggestion would be to arrive at the parks before they open in the mornings. It's much easier to walk around with less people, plus you will spend a lot less time actually waiting in lines. Therefore, you will be able to get more done and then not feel guilty about leaving the park to take that much needed break -- and possible nap. (My husband's favorite kind of break.)

My Dad had knee replacement surgery and still has trouble with distance walking. So we planned to go early and stop for a loooong, indoor lunch (made all reservations for places like Crystal Palace, LeCellier, 50's Primetime). Then we'd do a bit more and turn in early with a casual dinner. That middle of the day break made all of the difference! We also took it slow & split up when he needed to really take it easy here & there. We just wanted for him to feel comfortable & not to be pressured that he needed to do it all. We had a great time!

i have stamina problems and while he might not like the wheel chair thing, there is a lot of walking you can not get around...especially epcot so i would strongly consider it at least for that park..and just ignore the numerous goofballs who assume because you don't have an extra appendage or a third eye or something you are faking it

we go early in the day so we can ride our must rides first then eat a big long lunch when it gets busier and just cruise the park the rest of the day, go in winter so less crowds, and take a rest day off every 2 days or so...

I'd be happy to email you some of the senior itineraries if you like, just let me know. Although i'm not a senior i'm following some of these as it saves on criss-crossing the parks. Plus, we're there for 2 weeks so we dont' have to see everything in one day.

Let me know!
