Does anyone have tips on negotiating rooms rates for offsite hotels ? I would rather book through a hotel directly; however, hotwire has some good deals right now and are quite tempting, even with the no cancellation policy.
Just tried to negotiate a good deal at the Omni at Championsgate and they couldn't give me anything better than what I can find online ( and not nearly as good for a similar 4.5 resort on hotwire). I wonder if I am just not doing this right. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
