We will be in London/Paris end of the month but not able to visit Disneyland, we would love to get some Disney Euro pins for souvenirs. Where are the best places to buy them and is there a pin store at the DeGaulle airport? Thanks in advance.
There are two restaurants: Altitude 95 and Jules Verne. Between the two, JV is the fancier and more expensive.
In general, dark colors (particularly black) would be appropriate. IMHO, tennis shoes or athletic shoes would be inappropriate. Also, beware of pickpockets at the Eiffel Tower.

We were at CDG airport in November and March, and did not see a Disney Store.
There is a Disney Store on the Champs Elysees in Paris, but finding pins there is hit or miss. Apparently, pin trading is not a popular as it is in the States.
Are you staying at the Marriott Champs Elysees? We have stayed there on three occasions and loved it. There is a Disney Store about one block away. Also, be sure to visit Lauduree patisserie and restaurant across the street and to the right (going to the Arch de Triomphe). The chocolate macaroons are my DW's favorite! (No, they are nothing like the macaroons we have in the States.)

Magix: Here's another tip! There is a post office up in the Eiffel Tower that has a special postage cancellation with the Eiffel Tower. Write your postcards and bring them with you to mail. Don't forget to mail one to yourself -- it will be a fond reminder of a wonderful time at a place that many can only dream of.
It's worth repeating: Beware of pickpockets at the Eiffel Tower. I don't mean to alarm you, but there is a high incidence of pickpocking in Paris, particlularly in the Metro and at tourist sites. (I have personally seen three pickpocket attempts, and talked to two others who were victims.) Just take precautions and you'll be fine.

I've already purchased a purse that has all kinds of protection against pickpockets (steel cable in the strap, hooks to keep the zippers from being opened...). I do plan to be very careful. I'll be with a group, most of the time, so that might help a bit. Maybe.
Thanks for the tip about the Eiffel Tower post office! I had heard about it somewhere in my various web searches and was already planning on mailing postcards from there. A friend once traveled to a number of countries and told me how much she regretted the fact that she sent postcards to everyone but herself. A friend of hers had a wall full of exotic postcards from the places she'd visited and it made her realize she should have kept those kinds of memories, too. On her advice, I plan to send myself a card from each place I visit: London, Paris and DLRP.

IMHO, after many visits to Paris (three in the just the last 12 months), there seems to be a very high incidence of pickpocketing in Paris. I've seen some very blatant attempts, some successful and some not, and the victims are not just tourists. We once saw a well dressed Parisian woman lose her purse to a "grab and run" thug in a Metro station exit.
IMHO, Naples Italy is a close second for pickpocketing. Rome is third.
