Please give me all your great tips and tricks!!

Next week we will be travelling with our 8 month grandson (4 adults). This will be a whole new Disney experience slowing down our normal routines etc.... Planning on lots of breaks so he can nap and using rider swap and genie as well.

We went to Disneyland and WDW in 2019 with a 10 month old.

To be honest it was pretty easy, she slept in the stroller. We never took a "break" as such, was easier to just stay in the parks.
The baby care centres are great if you forget anything, they sell baby food and formula and other supplies for really good prices - our bottle broke and we got a new one from there for less than it would have cost at Target etc

We used child swap a lot, but there are so many rides that she went on with us - she loved it and so did we. We have some amazing photos and memories from that trip.

I just got back from a trip and my kids are now 6 and 4 and TBH it was easier when they were babies! Less Tantrums and talking back LOL

Baby center is great in both parks. Bring your baby carrier so lines are easy. A few rides wouldn't let me hold/wear my babies though, they wanted them seated next to me, which was totally weird. I just did it for the start and picked them back up after the ride took off. I think toy story mania was one if I remember right. They can go on everything that doesn't have a height requirement.

Baby care centers!! They are life savers!! You don’t realize how over stimulating the parks are until you duck into the quiet baby care centers. They were our little refuge from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

We loved taking it slower when the kids were little. There are so many attractions you can do without a height requirement. We have wonderful memories taking our kids when they were that age! Have a wonderful trip!

At that age might not have to slow down too much, especially if you have a baby carrier. Babies go with the flow and can be much easier than toddlers and preschoolers.

My baby always napped in the carrier or stroller at Disney and that was a great time to shop or eat. Nothing woke him, not even the Disneyland Band.

The Baby Care Centers are wonderful, quiet and clean, with lovely staff to assist you. I did all diaper changes there plus nursing/pumping. It’s a quiet place to bottle feed too. There is one in DL on Main Street across from the corndog cart and one in DCA behind Ghirardelli.

Bring plenty of diapers and wipes, and several extra changes of clothes for diaper blowouts, etc. I packed extra clothes in zip loc bags so I had somewhere to put the dirty clothes.

Have fun! Disney with a baby isn’t as hard as you might think! My baby loved all the sights, sounds and smells of Disneyland.
