if you're going to a florist outside of disney, disney will charge you a fee for going to another vender. i don't know how much the fee is but i remember thinking how crazy it is. i didn't have a bouquet. i wasn't fond with the selection of bouquets that disney had to offer. also, my thing was why spend so much money on flowers that will die within days, unless you spend another $200 or more to get them preserved and have them made into a keepsake. so, what did i do? i used a mickey doll as my bouquet. yep, a mickey doll. you can see the doll in the picture here on my signature. the only flowers i used for the ceremony were corsages for my MOH, bridesmaid and mother of groom, and boutinniers (sp?) for groom and best man. that saved us a lot of money on flowers.
where is the wedding going to be held at? if your wedding is going to be at the pavilion, don't bother decorating it. it is beautiful the way it is. it is so intimate and perfect. that saved us a lot of money.
you can get a videographer, photographer, entertainment outside of disney but you pay a fee for having them come onto the property. the only outside photographer that you DON'T pay a fee for is Randy Chapman. he has some agreement that the couples will not be charged the extra fee for his services.
i would recommend, go with Randy Chapman for photography and stick with Disney on everything else to avoid being charged so many fees.
