Me, DH, DD (just turned 6) and DD (3 3/4) will be spending 9 nights at BCV. A little over 2 weeks away, and we can't wait. The last time we were in WDW (for 3 days), oldest had just turned 3 and baby was 11 mos, so we pretty much stayed in Fantasyland the whole time!

We have a PSB, and CRT breakfast and CM Cafe breakfast set but nothing else particularly planned. (oh, I forgot , we also have a dinner for 11 (people, not time!) planned at O'Hanas with local family.

I bought 7 day PHPs for all of us at Hotwire, but I'd love to come home with a day or two left on them--not gonna deny anyone anything, but would like to have some down time/pool time, just general vacation time Too!

What do you all recommend we include? Don't Miss suggestions?

Must-do restaurants that the kids will enjoy?
Thanks!:earsgirl:

i LOVE cHEF mICKEY...AND PLEASE DO 50'S pRIME tIME...YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT...

I have to agree with disneyfanz04---Chef Mickeys is one of our favorite character restaurants. You'll be glad you have a day or two to relax at the resort. Those park hoppers will come in handy on your next trip. I hope you have a wonderful time!

Thanks, Disneyfanz04 and Ellyn 2000--

we'll try to do Chef Mickey's--do they serve lunch or just dinner?

We've been set for this trip for over a year and can't wait11-thanks for the good wishes!:p

Just got back and Ohana's is great, but go hungry. Spoodles on the boardwalk is good for the kids and the parents can get a great meal. Our waiter was great with the kids.

Since you are staying at the park go in the am and take an afternoon pool break and than go back

have a great time:earsgirl:

I agree,
O 'hana's is my favorite also. Were going back in Feb. and it is on the list. We also are heading to Wilderness cafe this time. We had a great time at Prime Time last June.
Good eats

You will love the Boardwalk, its the best place to stay at WDW because it is in the center of everything, you can walk to EPCOT via the international gateway and too MGM; or take a boat to either Park. You didn't say if you have ever been there before but in case you haven't a great thing to do in the morning is to go to the Boardwalk bakery, fill a refillable cup with coffee (if you are coffee drinkers its well worth the price since you will be there 10 days) and buy one of their fresh baked donuts or cinnamon coffee rolls. Sitting at the Boardwalk pool or hot tub and going down their slides is a great way to spend an afternoon, then walking to Spoodles for a great meal or even ESPN for nachos and burgers is a nice way to end the day. You can rent a bench seat bicycle that will carry everyone and cruse the boardwalk and circle the lake. Sound like fun to me.

Almost forgot, since you will be so close to EPCOT and your youngest may need an afternoon nap, you or DH can take your DD to Epcot while the others stay and rest at the BWV. Make sure you get a "pass port" for the EPCOT World Showcase. At each country a CM will sign and stamp the pass port. Our DD loved it and wanted to collect all of the countries stamps in her book (Disney Passport). Its a great "show and tell" item for when she goes back to school. The CM also wrote her name in the countries language. Its a good way to use the Park hopper pass and spend an hour or two going to the WS countries. You could probably do two or three Countries during nap time and bond with the oldest while you see the WS Countries. You will also need an autograph book for all of the characters you both see on your mini tours, but it is a nice way to tour WS.
