How early should my hubby arrive at WWOS for a Braves spring training game?

Will he be able to watch the team work out prior to game time?

Any other tips?

Thanks!

We like to arrive around 11:30 for a 1 o'clock game. You can catch some batting pratice and usually get a few autographs. Remember the sun screen!! Most seats are in the sun and sitting for that length of time you can get quite a burn. I speak from experience. Hope he has a great time!

We're going to an Astro's game and would also like to have some tips.

I sure hope our hometown boy Roger will be pitching :bounce:

We went several years ago and had a great time. As we got out of our car, we saw Tommy Glavine walking right by us!

It was very hot! We thought it was warm in the parks, but sitting in the hot, bright sun was a different thing. Everyone was moving up to the few seats in the shade, but we still got sunburned. One day we left after the 3rd inning when the starters were sat down.

We had planned on going during our upcoming trip, but since our favorite players are no longer with the Braves, we aren't.

We would like to go to the Astro's spring training. Is there transportation from the on-site hotels or do we need a taxi to get there?
