Tips for offsite bus drivers?

I've never used offsite busses to the parks. Are tips for the driver expected?

I believe they accept them but its not expected. If the driver does a good job of getting their ontime and making sure the bus isnt stuffy or anything then toss him a dollar or so. Punctuality is a big thing for me and I hate when they're late.

I've been going every year for the past 4 years now and I've never seen anyone giving a bus driver a tip. I don't think they are expected but I guess it would a good gesture if you got a really excellent one. I'm usually big on giving tips while on vacation but for some reason I've never thought of the bus drivers. Thanks for the idea.
