tips for good seafood near kennedy space center

DH and i are heading over to kennedy space center for a day after our upcoming WDW vacation. does anyone know of a good seafood restaurant in the cape canaveral/titusville area? (our hotel is in titusville.) particularly one with good snow crab legs!!!! thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Dixie Crossroads in Titusville is a local favorite. Excellent food.

I agree about Dixie Crossroads in Titusville.They have a web site www.dixiecrossroads.com , check it out. They also have one in Orlando on International Drive in the Festival Bay mall.

The one in Orlando can't hold a candle to the original in Titusville. It is the best place in that vicinity to get seafood, and yep. They do have snowcrab.

If you want to go further south there is an excellent shack on Cocoa Beach (heading south) where you can get absolutely fresh lobster and other seafood. They'll cook it for you there, but it is solely takeout.

We've gone there, bought steamed lobsters and taken them to eat on the beach. Decadent and wicked good!
