1. As many have stated...it's very important to stay hydrated
2. Take a few mid day breaks...a few hours away from the parks simply relaxing by the pool, hanging out in the room, or taking a nap will do wonders for dealing with the heat and humidity.
3. Given the aforementioned humidity...you are going to be sweating your butt off. We always brought extra clothes with the idea that during those mid day breaks we could relax, shower, change into a fresh set of clothes, and head back out to the parks. I have seen many people have to spend time doing laundry because they wound changing clothes frequently because of the humidity.
