My wife and I are making our first trip to Disneyland, and are hoping some frequent park visitors will have helpful tips for us. We are looking for everything from hidden Easter eggs, to can't miss meals/snacks, to park strategies to help us make the most of our two days in the park.

Thanks in advance!

Biggest tip is to get to the parks 45-60 minutes before opening if possible. This will allow you to get through security and be at or near the front of the gates. Do this every day if you can and use the first few hours to hit rides. Use the midday more crowded times to check out shows and ambiance.

I recommend a boudin bread bowl with soup or salad from the Pacific Wharf cafe in DCA and also recommend Rancho Del Zocalo for yummy Mexican food at DL.

And don't skip Fantasyland even though you're going sans kids. Fantasyland is the heart of the park. It is best explored after rope drop on your first day if possible.

Have fun!

Make sure you take time to enjoy being there and take plenty of pictures! :hyper2:
