OP found the actual schedule for MP at the Gazebo at MK. She meets from 10:30am to 12:30pm This is from the HUB (internal CM system) again not sure she's not listed in the regular MDE page. You can also see her in the morning Welcome ceremony 5 minutes before the park opens on the castle stage

I was lucky enough to be standing by the bathrooms off to the side of Casey's Corner and MP walked out....this was a few years ago

If I remember correctly, Mary Poppins won’t have a photopass photographer with her, due to licensing.

I second several previous posters-the best, and easiest way to guarantee a meeting is with a character meal. Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare(Grand Floridain) and O"Hana(Polynesian) -plus you get to see two really pretty resorts on the monorail loop, which makes them easy to get to from the Magic Kingdom
