Tips For Finding A Rental Car In The Parking Lots..

I do the same as Skinsfan - I bought one of the flages that you put on the car window (keeps inplace when window is done up) during the last world cup - its St. georges flag - it rolls up and takes up hardly any spce in our case and we recognise our hire car instantly!!!

I love the stuff on the antennae idea. I guess I'll have to look for a car to rent that HAS one!

We just remember the row and how many cars out we are...never had a problem finding our car!:teeth:

My mom can't even recognize her OWN car in the mall parking lot, so she bought a sunshade that you put in the back window for small children, and placed it in her car. Now she never loses her car anymore... Disney included ;)

When she flies in to visit me, and rents a car, she always brings it with her and sticks it to the back window of that one, too.

We do the same thing for the car that we do for the stroller. Buy a big helium balloon and tie it onto the antenna (or windshield wiper if no antenna). You can't miss it. No one has ever stolen it (we keep a paid of scissors in the car since we cannot usually get it untied!) and it is super easy to find the car. We tie one on our stoller handle too to find it easier amongst the sea of blue strollers!

Everyone seems to know about using the horn feature because whenever we leave when the park closes and everyone is making a mad rush to their cars it sounds like a horn symphony!! Makes us laugh hard though!!

Lime green ribbons tied to the antenna! Did this our first trip just to decorate with the lime green for the Dis. After the first few days, we realized the value of it. We usually rembered the rough area we were, but you know how it is after 12 house trying to find your car in the TTC parking lot. It became the 'slime green' ribbons(well, it is a really bright color). We just wonder down the prospective row and look for the flying ribbons. Trust me, some days it was the only way we'd find it. Do you know how many midsized 4 doored white cars there are in the Disney parking lots? Shudder......bad memories there. Plus it's not to common, lots of antenna balls, few ribbons. And of course, the always good idea of writing down the row number and your plate number, not that we ever did....sigh.

We have fun. e like to scare people away at the same time.(works great for stopping rental stroller theft too.) Bye A bag of diapers and get some plastic bags and some rootbeer. Throw a tied up diaper in the bag and poor in some rootbeer. Tye up and hake bag vigorously. everyone in the parks was staring at us all day.:earseek:

I just tie a bright piece (usually lime green) of curling ribbon to the antenna. No problemo!

That is what I do to mainly because we don't rent a car. We drive there. We use that for rentals in places like vegas and other stuff.
