Tips for a Wino....

Hi guys.....I read here that GardenGrocer will deliver alcohol, but it doesn't say anything about it on the site. I want to either ship ahead beer and wine or have it delivered. Looking for anyone out there that has done this. Last time I traveleld with Alcohol, the airline permitted it on carry-ons.

They will deliver beer/wine if you order what you want on the comments section. You'll need to have proof of age to show at delivery, too.

Last trip in '06 we drove around trying to find a ABC liquor store to pick up some spirits, ..............finally found it and then realized later that the resort store at POP had it CHEAPER!!
Who would of guessed?
Usually I bring my own but we flew into Tampa and didn't want to chance glass breaking in our luggage.

For GardenGrocer, You can email them first to have them quote you the price than when you place your order, put it in the comments section. I faxed them a copy of my license (Sept 06) and they were then able to leave my delivery with Bell Services and i did not have to be there for the actual delivery.
Way cheaper than drinks at the hotel!

thanx for your help guys. I am going to try Gardengrocer for our trip in April. I 'll have them take care of delivering breakfast items too!!
