My friend and I have always wanted to visit WDW during the holidays to see the decorations, and we're finally making it happen this year! We're arriving Friday afternoon, 12/15 and leaving Monday afternoon, 12/18. We've been to the parks many many times, so we know we're not doing everything in this short time, but does anyone have any tips or suggestions? How are the crowds this time of year?
