The only thing I would highly recommend is to stay at one of the on-site hotels, with that it gives you the roomkey fast pass front of the line access to all rides, except Pteredon Flyers.
This one feature is so key with that everything else really falls into place. You can come and go as you please and ride rides whenever you want with no hassles. At least it did for us.
sit in the front of the boat on Jaws if you don't want to get wet...
row 5 on Terminator is a good row....
on MIB, keep your trigger pulled at all times.......
eat at Mythos.........
do Spiderman........more than twice
ride Fire AND Ice on DD....different rides=1 attraction
if going into the Studios at 11am or after, enter thru BMG @ CityWalk...less crowded
My best advice is to take your time. Do not rush from ride to ride. Take in all of the theming. Visit the little shops. There are so many little things like the magic show across from Horror Makeup Show, that people miss. Follow all the little sidepaths and see where they go. Go through the play areas, they aren't just for kids. Visit the fountain in Lost Continent. See the shows...all of them! The parks aren't all about rides. There is so much more.
