Tipping ???

I have booked with Fl Toursand have a trip from airport to Universal then from Universal hotel to Disney World hotel then to the airport. The total cost is 130.00. I figure 20 percent is about 30.00. So should I give each driver 10.00 or is there a better way to divide the tip or should I figure more for a tip?

I usually give a tip of $10 each way. Seems fair as long as the service is good.
