If the gratuity is included with the DDP, when and how much of an extra tip is added?

I don't think there is a set rule. If I receive good service I would leave a few dollars extra.

The expectation is that if you get good service, the gratuity is already included. If you get superlative service, you may wish to leave an additional gratuity. If you purchased anything out-of-pocket, you can add the additional gratuity to that check. Otherwise, you should leave cash.

The food is discounted and I personally would tip more. I have lived on tips, I know what it's like. Just like if you use a two for one coupon somewhere, you still should tip on the meal you received free.
I think if you have good service, you may want to tip more. IMO
