We were lucky enough to get free dining this fall so this is our 1st time using the dining plan. We have 2 rooms booked: 1 for myself, DH & 2 DDs & 1 for my parents. We paid to upgrade from QS plan to regular plan with the agreement that my parents would take care of gratuity for our TS meals. I know credits are assigned to each room so I know we would get 2 checks at the end of our meal. Can my parents just combine the gratuity and leave it on 1 check? Or do they have to leave 2 separate gratuity charges one for each check?

If you are a party of 6 they will auto 18%.

Since you will be an auto grat, ask your server to charge your grat to your parents room.

You will be presented with 2 bills w 18% auto gratuity added. They will need to pay on both checks or it will be charged back to your room.

Closing this thread, tipping questions are limited to one thread on the main restaurant board :)
