Tipping Van Driver

Quick question...what's a good amount to tip a van driver?? Should we tip so much per bag or per person?? I have no clue!

Rule of thumb is 10% of the r/t cost each way--so 20% total. Add $5 for a grocery stop, and if you have more than a bag and a carryon per person, add another $1 per bag for each "extra".
