What is usually done - tip for entire trip when dropped off at resort or tip at the end of each way? Last time we tipped for the entire trip and we ended up getting a different driver for the ride back to the airport and had to tip again.
 
We like to split our tip. We give half for the trip from the airport and half for the trip to the
airport.
