Nothing. The taxi we were on was an open air savannah type vehicle that held multiple families and if I remember correctly, we paid as we got on the taxi based on where we were going. I could be wrong, but I don't remember tipping the driver anything.

The taxis are shared, and I believe the fare was about $8 per person. Tipping $1 or $2 per person is appropriate. Yes, you should always tip a taxi driver.
