Just back from our 7 day Western and on Fantasy, we will be back on board in just a few weeks for 7 day eastern. Loved all the changes including the app, but found tipping room service very difficult. It's buried on the app most of the bars have you sign. Just plan on bringing a pile of fives and tens for next time. Wonderful cruise it was great to be back.

I never charge room service tips. I just always have a stack of singles in a drawer that I use for room service.

We've had no problems using the app for tipping bars/room service/cove cafe on 2 cruises on the Dream since restart.
