I am printing out my tipping envelopes (yes, way in advance..hey I'm an excited over-planner lol).
I have :
1 for mousekeeping nightly
Magical Express
Bell Hop (we are getting a stroller and groceries delivered)
The sit down meals (not on meal plan)

Can the front desk take tips?

Who else am I missing?

I can't think of a reason that you'd tip the reception desk. I suppose if you are using a concierge service then you might want to tip. I believe the CMs have to refuse a tip 3 times before they can actually take it (something like that).

The only other tip I see in your scenario is if you check your bags at at a curbside service at your own airport and for the BAGS employee when you check your bags to go back home. You may have considered BAGS with your ME tip. Bell hop might be on both sides of your trip, too.

Awesome, thank you!

The only other thing I can think of is if there is any live entertainment, like artists or bands that you might want to tip at places like Disney Springs.

Just to clarify, gratuities are not included for Table Service meals regardless of whether a guest has the Dining Plan or is paying OOP- with the exception of some dinner shows where it is included.

If you use Disney's luggage service on your departure day, it's a good idea to tip the castmember that takes your bags.

What's a tipping envelope? And why is it printed? Sorry, this confuses me. We just bring extra cash. Do you hand over envelopes?

We just give cash too - no envelopes. Some DISers/guests make & decorate special envelopes for their tippping needs to be left for the intended party. You will find this mentioned often - particularly for tipping the housekeeping staff.

Thank you for clarifying! That's a cute idea.

On departure day I get Bell Service to bring my luggage from room to lobby/airport desk. I tip Bell service $1 per bag/piece of luggage. I also tip the person handling my luggage at airport desk. Also, I leave my carry-on with Bell Service until I'm ready to leave. That's another $1-2.00. DME driver who handles my carry on also gets tip.

I only would tip Magical Express if they are moving my luggage for me. Otherwise, pretty much no one tips the driver (although it is allowed).

I wouldn't use envelopes for anyone but maybe housekeeping. For dining, I add the tip onto the bill and charge to the room (or credit card).

You tip pretty much the same way I do. But, there have been extenuating circumstances with DME for me. I had one ride where I had a bag stowed under the bus. I expected to tip the driver. BUT....that driver didn't say a word as I boarded the bus, he was quiet the entire drive, until getting to each resort. He announced the resort, then once we arrived at the resort, he stood at the front of the bus, announced the resort again, and told us that gratuities are always gratefully accepted! Ahhhh, there's a sign right above your head that states that. Not a word as he handed off luggage either. My tip money stayed in my pocket. On the other hand...I had a ride with only a tote bag, so nothing stowed beneath the bus. But, that driver was so darn cheery. He welcomed every single guest to the bus, helped anyone who looked like they might need a bit of help boarding. He drove incredibly well, while giving little bits of info about the area. It was, without a doubt, the best DME ride I've had! He got a $5 tip!!! Man, was he surprised!!! And extremely grateful. I actually overheard the woman behind me say 'Oh, are we supposed to tip the driver??'. I told her it was completely up to her! I had enjoyed the ride, so wanted to do something nice for the driver. No idea what she did.

DME only if they are handling a bag for me (and when my daughter was younger her stroller). I would do $1-$2/bag... the stoller I think I would tip a bit more as they are a bit more difficult to manage than a standard bag.

For dining I always charge it to my room so I just sign the slip at the end of the meal.

Bell services I tip $1/bag. I did tip a bell services gentleman $20 once at POR. He drove us to our room on a golf cart, and hauled a huge/heavy Amazon package up a flight of stairs for us. Also I tip them when they get our bags at the end of the trip to go to the airport desk, as well as the bag handlers there. Also when we leave home I tip sky cab at curbside check-in. Pretty much anyone laying a hand on my bag is going to get a tip.

I don't tend to tip housekeeping unless our room was particularly messy, or I've asked for extra services.

I also tip cab drivers but I pay with a credit card, and just add it on so I don't have cash for that.
