Opinions please - at a Disney resort if a cast member waves a taxi to the front of the hotel for me and opens the door, should I be tipping him? If so, how much?

I don't taxi much, but I would never even think of tipping the person standing in front of the resort who flags a taxi for you... but I could be totally wrong.

We tip at least a dollar for this, sometimes two if it's a particularly helpful/friendly CM.
