I've read my contract up and down and it's not included. We have to bring everything in to our venue and he's handling the following: food, cake, coffee/tea, all setup including the outdoor ceremony, 4 serving staff and the bartender. He's also coordinating the rental delivery, but we pay the rental company directly. We are also purchasing the alcohol and other drinks for the bar. I was thinking 18% of the food total.
1) Do you think that's correct?
2) Should I tip the bartender or wait staff separately or would that essentially be included in the larger tip to the caterer?
