Tipping for packaged dining ?

We are finalizing our plans for our upcoming trip and I was looking at our
ADR's and was wondering if tips were included with the package price,
The two ADR's I'm asking about are the Biergarten and Cinderella's Royal
Table. I believe both are a fixed package price and also, one is a buffet,
<what to tip at a buffet, lol>. also as I'm typing, I also remembered that we're
also going to Palo's <what to tip for 4 adults at Palo's.

I believe CRT is included and Biergarten is not

For 99% of them, you will see the bill and an est on the bottom of how much an idea of a tip is. You will see what the bill is and you can just calc 15% - 20%. But CRT includes 18% tip.. so no need on that one. You can always add more, but you do not need too. There are about 4 or so things that take 2 Table services that include tip.
The ones I can think of are CRT, Poly Lau, Mickeys BBQ and HDS. Maybe a couple others too.
