Tipping for mears van?

What's the standard tipping amount for a pick up from WDW to IOA and back? Will it be the same driver so should we tip each way? We've booked a van for 8 (our family of 5 plus my friend and her two kids) for $134 return (taxes in).

20% is standard. One half at each part of the trip.

Will a cab for 8 people (I guess that means 2 cabs), be cheaper than $134 return? (taxes in). How much is a cab ride from POR to IOA cost?

I am assuming you mean OIA and a 9 passenger cab (van) will run about $55-$58 each way plus tip. Thats less than $120 Round Trip.

Isn't Islands of Adventure, IOA? That's what I meant anyway...I don't know what OIA is. What company do you use and can you prebook?

Orlando International Airport, also known as MCO.

Didn't mean the airport. Meant Universal Orlanda...Islands of Adventure. Is that the same price?

Magic Kingdom to Islands of Adventure should be approx. $40 +tip each way. There are taxi vans that hold 9 people available all over WDW.
