For those who have experience at CL in WDW (or at any hotel in the US), how do you handle tipping? Daily? Per entire stay? What's appropriate? And for what type of service? Also, since we're AKV, I'm guessing that we don't get turn-down service. Will our usual tipping for DVC mousekeeping be fine? 
DH and I have only done CL in Europe, and everything there has the "VAT", so the tipping would be on a smaller scale, and generally for special service. We've never done CL here (US), so any advice would be welcome.
