Tipping FL Tour Driver

Can someone tell me what the proper amount to tip a driver is? We are using FL Tours to take the six of us (in a passenger van) from Coronado Springs to the Disney Cruiseline Terminal. And then from DCL to MCO the next week. The cost is $220 total and if I understand this correctly they do not take credit cards which is fine. Just not certain what the proper tip amount is for a trip of that lenght.

I would tip 20%. Each way is $110, so about $22 each way, maybe bump it up a little for great service.

You can pay with a credit card if you call a few days in advance, We did and then tipped in cash. I tip 10% of the full amount each way like the other poster and if we have a lot of bags I throw in a few more $$$
